The VCF115-175 mobile antenna is an omni-directional, vertically polarised, rugged and versatile VHF antenna intended for ground-toair, ship-to-shore, and general mobile communications in the 115 to 175 MHz range. brEncased in a high strength fibreglass sleeve, the VCF115-175 is robust, impact resistant, and able to withstand the rigorous demands of harsh environments.brBeing a centre-fed dipole in design, the VCF115-175 is groundplane independent and therefore ideal on platforms where limited or no groundplane is available, or for mast-mounting (mast adapter required).
