Following a comprehensive and rigorous recruitment process, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Gisela Heyman as Group Chief Operating Officer of Alaris The RF Technology Group. It is a newly created role that reflects the strength of our sustained growth and our commitment to building a leadership structure fit for the future.
This appointment marks a significant milestone for our organisation. As the Alaris Group continues to expand, both in scale and in the complexity of our operations, the creation of a Group COO position ensures we have the strategic oversight and operational excellence needed to support our continued success across the group.
Gisela brings a wealth of experience and deep institutional knowledge to the role. She has served as Managing Director of Alaris Antennas for the past seven years, where she led the business through a period of strong performance and growth. Prior to that, she held the position of Alaris Group CFO and served as a Board Director, giving her a unique, holistic understanding of our business - from the financials that underpin our strategy to the operations that bring it to life. To ensure continuity, a structured handover process has been put in place over the next few months, during which Gisela will continue working closely with the leadership team while progressively taking on her broader Group responsibilities. We have also commenced the recruitment process for her successor as Managing Director of Alaris Antennas, keeping our focus firmly on continued excellence for our customers.
