The MISC-A0051 is highly robust, high-strength magnetic mounting base to allow the direct connection of antennas, such as manpack antennas, on a vehicle or other metallic surface on a temporary or permanent basis. The product has been specifically designed for maximum magnetic coupling, even to thin sheet metal surfaces, such as found on body panels of most modern vehicles. It is also able to couple to thicker sheet metal surfaces, with a great deal of effectiveness. The product is ideal when used in conjunction with our range of manpack antennas, e.g. the OMNI-A0140, OMNI-A0124.
